The building was adapted to house the House of Culture; this space has two multipurpose rooms, as well as three rooms and upper and lower corridors where temporary exhibitions are held. Its activities include conferences, film screenings, theater performances, and book presentations. The Palafoxiana Library, listed as a Memory of the World, is also located on the upper floor.
