Palafoxiana Library
Named a Mexican Historic Monument in 1981 for its beautiful building, an emblem of New Spain Baroque architecture, and included by UNESCO in its Memory of the World program in 2005 for its collection of rare books, the Palafoxiana Library is now a book museum and continues to serve as a universal library.
